Using the game

These terms describe use of INVINCIBLES, operated by Islam Nur in Kazakhstan. The service is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the game with a parent or guardian's permission. Questions can be sent to invincibles.game@proton.me.

You may play the game for personal entertainment and use its built-in tools to share your own results. This permission does not transfer ownership of the software or grant rights to third-party names or material beyond any use permitted by law.

Fair play

• Do not attempt to access another person's career, guess recovery credentials, exploit bugs, overload the service or falsify results.
• Do not use a nickname to impersonate another person or post threats, harassment, hateful language, personal contact details or unlawful content.
• You are responsible for content you choose to publish or share. Report nicknames through the player menu on the leaderboard or Player options inside a room or duel. For other result or rights concerns, use the contact address above; include a public link rather than private recovery credentials.

We may correct invalid results or restrict abusive activity where reasonably necessary to protect the game and its users. Reviewed nickname violations may lead to a neutral public name and restriction of nickname editing. Career-based blocking hides the other player’s leaderboard entries, Classic and Build a Legend results, and earlier duels for your career. It also prevents joining career-based rooms together and cancels unfinished games in those modes. Shared draft has no linked career: leave its room to end access and share a fresh code only with the friend you intend to play with. It does not delete the other player’s career. Use Blocked players on the leaderboard to undo a block. Contact us if you believe a restriction or correction is mistaken.

Your career

Your career is linked to a browser or device credential. A recovery file grants access to it, so keep it private. Restoring a career replaces earlier sessions; it is a transfer of access, not simultaneous account synchronization. Removing browser storage can lose access unless you have another valid way to recover it.

You can delete your career in Profile → Settings. This removes access and results from the service and cannot be undone through a recovery file. Read the Privacy Policy for information about storage, backups and public results.

Simulation and attributes

Player attributes and overall ratings are original, fictional game values created for INVINCIBLES. They are not real-world performance measurements, historical career statistics, official rankings, predictions or betting advice. Attributes summarize a card's game profile; overall ratings, positions, era chemistry and chance determine simulated match results. The three attributes do not add separate match bonuses. Scores, goals and records in season results describe the simulated games you played.

Build a Legend uses twelve separate fictional skill values. Your displayed Overall is the rounded average of the skills you choose. In friend rooms, higher final displayed Overall wins; equal displayed Overall is a draw. These game estimates and profile comparisons are not official evaluations of real players.

INVINCIBLES is an independent game and does not claim endorsement by any footballer, club or league. Their names and any applicable rights remain with their respective holders. This statement does not grant a license to third-party material.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent features or a particular game outcome. We may fix bugs and adjust the service, and will explain material changes that affect these terms. No purchase or subscription is required in this version.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these terms. If a problem arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
